Mimosa hostilis is a perennial evergreen tree or shrub native to the northeastern region of Brazil and found as far north as southern Mexico.  Commonly used as a remedy for treating skin conditions.  Our Mimosa hostilis root bark is sustainably-harvested from selectively-grown trees on family farms in Northern Brazil without harming the trees.  Premium quality, nice Purple color!
